The iRemocon device cannot be listed on the iRemocon app

Please check the following points.

* Please be sure to connect the iRemocon unit  to a Wi-Fi router that is directly communicating with your smartphone.
* Please make sure that the DHCP on the Wi-Fi router is enabled. 
If the above points have been checked, but the problem persists, please complete the following checklist.  Please cycle the iRemocon unit, and search for an iRemocon device again three minutes later.

* Please reset the iRemocon unit and try again three minutes later.
* Please note that if you reset the iRemocon unit, all the stored data will be deleted and reset to a factory default. 

If you use a Wi-Fi router with multiple access points (SSID), please be sure to set another access point on your smartphone or tablet, and try it again.
* Please try to use a different Wi-Fi router. 

The iRemocon device is unable to connect with home appliances quickly 

Please check the following points. 
* Have any changes to your network been made?
* Is a LAN cable connected to the iRemocon unit properly? (Does the LED light on the LAN port of the iRemocon unit turn on?)
If the above points have been checked, but the problem persists, please complete the following checklist. 

* The IP address assigned by DHCP could have been changed.   Please register an iRemocon device to the iRemocon app following the instructions, and try it again.
-> Register an iRemocon device to the iRemocon app (iPhone or iPad).
-> Register an iRemocon device to the iRemocon app (Android).

If an IP address changes frequently, please complete the following procedure. 
①. Display the “Detail setting” window by tapping [>] on the “Main unit selection.”
②. Check if valid addresses are shown in the IP address, Subnet mask, Gateway, and DNS Server (Primary) fields. 
③. Disable the DHCP feature on your Wi-Fi router.
④. Press the “Update the information on the device” button.
⑤. Register an iRemocon device manually through “Main unit selection.”

* If the network settings have changed, please enable the DHCP feature on your router, restart the iRemocon unit, and assign a valid IP address. 
If an iRemocon device is not shown in the “Main unit selection” or an IP address is invalid, please try the following. 

Restart the iRemocon unit, and tap “Register an iRemocon device to the iRemocon app” three minutes later. 

If the problem persists…
* Reset the iRemocon unit, and tap “
* Register an iRemocon device to the iRemocon app” three minutes later. 
* Please note that if you reset the iRemocon unit, all the stored data will be removed. Please try a different Wi-Fi router if possible. 

The device is unable to connect with appliances quickly (Android)

The following causes can be considered. Depending on your Android handset, the status of the connection to a Wi-Fi router may not be activated because the handset remains in sleep mode after a certain period of time has passed, or because the power is turned on. In this case, please cancel the sleep mode on the Android handset and try again.  Please refer to “Precaution at Wi-Fi connection” to learn how to initialize the connection.  

The device is unable to connect with appliances from the iRemocon unit when the Learn light is on

Please try the following points.  This could happen when the iRemocon unit learns a remote control signal, if the connection between the iRemocon unit and the targeted device has been disconnected for some reason. Therefore, the iRemocon unit may continue to wait for the remote control code.  In this  case, if you try to have the iRemocon unit learn a new remote control signal, the iRemocon unit will disconnect the remote control signal as its specification.  If this problem occurs, please unplug the power on the iRemocon unit and plug it again 10 seconds later. 

The IP address of an iRemocon device is incorrect

Please try the following points. Occasionally it is reported that the IP address of an iRemocon device is invalid. In this case, please unplug the AC adapter from the outlet while connecting the AC adapter to the DC jack on the iRemocon unit. Then plug it back in one minute later
